How is your stained glass sale set up?

Do you offer a warranty on your products and services?

Yes we do. The products we sell include a 30 day money back warranty. Many of the manufacturers we represent have warranties beyond that and have been very good working with us on the rare occasion there are problems. All custom orders are handled separately and details are outlined with each order.

Can I supply my own design for custom designed stained glass.

You certainly can although at this time, I have not been creating custom stained glass.  When I do, to get the most out of your "custom designed" experience, you may want to let our artists come up with a design for you that you can consider as well. Years of experience have shown us that unless you have an art background, and sometimes even if you do, but don't have a glass background, you will be more satisfied letting us work on the whole process for you. The choice is ultimately yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept both cash and checks as forms of payment.

How do you ship and how much does it cost?

Shipping will go through the best available carrier for each order. Especially when working on custom windows, shipping will be discussed with you prior to shipping. Weight and size of custom orders will vary, and so will the shipping methods.

Do you offer online classes?

Not at this time.
