Crushed Glass: Bob & Helens

Fall is a beautiful time of the year in northern Michigan and this scene is a perfect example of that. Bob & Helen own the log cabin that is surrounded by this bouquet of multi-colored trees. Inside the log cabin is that warm, comfortable feeling you get when looking out the window as the colors change before winter comes. This is a crushed glass panel where layers and layers of crushed glass allow the colors to show through in the panel the same way they did in the forest. The finished piece is created in a beveled glass border and is very textural.
