Shipping Policy:  STOCK ITEMS:  We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received.  CUSTOM ORDERS are handled individually and discussed with you prior to shipping or delivery.

Return Policy:  Have confidence in ordering with Pictures In Glass. If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products (other than the Garage Sale Items which are final sales), you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the items less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.  Separate policies apply to the Imported Stained Glass items and the Garage Sale items.

Damaged Goods Policy:  If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately. If it is a custom order and will take more time to return, this will be discussed with you ahead of time.  Separate policies apply to the Imported Stained Glass items and the Garage Sale items.

Backorder Policy:  Some items may be temporarily out of stock. This can happen if a specific glass is requested and the manufacturer only produces that glass 3-4 times throughout the year. No matter what the reason is, if there is a back order, you will be contacted via email or phone for your direction about the back ordered item.

Imported Stained Glass Shipping and Returns:  SHIPPING: Items on this page are typically sent next day, price includes shipping to customers in the continental USA for Imported Stained Glass items only, other shipping addresses for these products will have quoted shipping prices prior to completing the order.  RETURNS All damages/shortages must be contact within 10 days after receipt of merchandise. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging required for all returns. Shipment refused or returned is subject to 25% restocking fee plus freights. All returns require prior approval from GDS.

Garage Sale Items Shipping & Returns:  Shipping on this page shows the cost individually if the minimum shipping cost is met.  This is easily met if multiple items are purchased.  Total shipping will be calculated upon order of receipt and actual costs will be given prior to payment being made.  These have a no return policy and are priced for final sale.
